In all fairness, this is my cousin's Butcher Shop. But, let me just say, we come from a long line of butchers. My grandfather Biagio, came over from Sicily in the early 1900's and had his butcher shop in Jersey City, NJ. All of his sons were either butchers or in the supermarket business. Louis and Blaise learned this craft very young in our uncle's store. Yes, they are great guys, and the quality of their meets is unmatched in the area. Drop in and tell them Cousin Michael from Florida says Hello!

This restaurant is exceptional in every aspect as a butcher shop. The staff is friendly and courteous, always up for a great conversation. The quality of their products is top-notch. The chicken I purchased from them was the best I've ever had. Their hamburgers and steaks are incomparable to any other place. Forget ShopRite, this place deserves every star. I also purchased Cowboy steaks and Sirloin steaks, which were melt-in-your-mouth delicious. You won't be disappointed. Great job, guys!

This restaurant is truly outstanding! I have always received amazing service and top-quality cuts of meat. The speck, steak, and all other dishes are absolutely incredible, and the prices are very reasonable. The owners are fantastic and always willing to help. They definitely deserve more than 5 stars!

last year ordered a rolled filet minone for christmas dinner, now the family does not allow me to serve something else. they helped me with the recipe and how to cook, I will be grateful forever. can't wait this year for dinner. the best place they ever order! Réservez une table maintenant

For what you are getting what you are paying it’s a steal!!! The quality of the meats that they have here are really off the charts.. also the father daughter duo I believe who is there all the time are SUPER helpful friendly.

Their products are of great quality and 1000 times better than anything the supermarket offers. Prices are very reasonable. Nicest people I've ever dealt with.
