B.B. King's Blues Club

Our server didn't come to our table to even greet us or take drink order until we sat for 20-25 minutes. Our drinks (which were water and sodas) didn't arrive after our food arrived. The beverages came in small to go cups and our server never came to fill them up our beverages. Our kids didn't receive their dessert until about 30 minutes after they were done eating. Then waited about another 20-30 minutes to get the check. Slowest service I ever received and it wasn't even very busy, but the food was delicious.

Reservation seemed pointless as no reserved table and didn’t even take our name. Wasn’t told in advance about the cash only, 10$ per person to get in. Expected to hear Blues, as it was ‘The House of Blues’ but got a rock band! Looked forward to this for months….So disappointed.

We arrived 15 minutes early and was told they were full and were not honoring any reservations. Then they told us their system was down but no reservations would be honored still. There were at least 50 people waiting outside. We had to find somewhere else to eat.

We loved the food and entertainment so much, we dined there two nights in a row. The ribs were phenomenal, and the entertainment was great! I'd definitely return when visiting Memphis. Réservez une table maintenant

Our server was such a nice lady and the music was awesome. Sadly, they were out of almost every food and beer item we wanted but what we did get was good.

The best BBQ I have ever had, melt off the bone ribs and amazing pulled pork. Get the sampler plate, you will LOVE it all!!!!
