I went to BBC and had a pretty unpleasant experience. The place is a pub where you listen to music, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. I asked for a pitcher of beer and they served it to me in a plastic glass, claiming that they didn't have glass glasses. They didn't have the courtesy to ask me if I wanted to add the service. Also, they did not give me a physical bill and when I checked the electronic bill, I noticed that they had collected the tip without consulting me. In Colombia, we know that tipping is not mandatory, so this automatic charge is unacceptable. Overall a very disappointing experience. I went on Friday, they charged me 250 thousand (for the seasonal beer) and they did not give me a physical invoice, when I received the electronic one, they had charged me for Santa Fe beers that we did not consume. It's incredible the way employees steal and no one is held accountable for it! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The beer is very good, it hurts the special waitresses at Punto Ventura Socacha mere lesbians who only serve old women.
