Bb.q Chicken Centreville

Have had some good experiences with this restaurant before, but it seems like it’s going downhill. Ordered at 7:28pm with an estimated order ready time of 7:50-7:55pm. Upon arrival at 7:41pm they told me that the order would be ready in 7 minutes. Didn’t receive my food until 8:11pm. I totally understand an extended wait time during a busy time. I would rather have my food be made well rather than rushed. But the chicken was undercooked and cold in the middle. The photo below is not the worst out of the box as well. Beyond that there was a fairly large group of people waiting for pick up and it seemed disorganized. People were asking about their order, and the staff unable to find them.

Best Korean fried chicken I've had in a while. I got the Galbi wings and they were sweet, meaty, crispy, and flavorful. I tried the corn salad too which was amazing. And their sweet potato fries which were crispy and excellent as well. Everything I took a bite of was delicious.

I've been here a few times but this time it was terrible, the fried chicken had a taste like it was old meat and not fresh, my whole family agreed. Very disappointed, the food here is going downhill

I've been here several times now while visiting friends. The service is always good, even though we usually come in with about ten people. Food is great, especially the fried green beans!
