If I could rate 0 stars, I would. I went to this establishment with my husband and two young children at weekend (7th October). I was sat at the table at the back of the restaurant. My husband was in the queue getting us drinks and cake while I was discreetly breastfeeding my 3 month old baby and my other 4 year old daughter was sat at the table also. Who I believe was the manager came out with a trolley full of stock and our pram was blocking her path. She very rudely said 'You 're blocking my way ' and gave me a dirty look. We have been frequenting this restaurant since it first opened. However, with each visit, it appears to have deteriorated. During our last visit, we noticed food scattered under the tables, not just from the previous customers. Additionally, there was a young man behind the counter who kept scratching his head and then touching his hair. Due to these experiences, we do not plan on visiting again, which is disappointing.

We had drinks and cake . The cake was nice . The coffee was more like a latte rather than what I had ordered. There was just one person serving so difficult to clear all the dishes and keep the cafe clean . The company needs to employ more staff .

I don't understand why they can't toast a baguette, but can make a panini! After waiting 20 minutes to be served, all you want to do is eat.

The staff is excellent, the atmosphere is lovely, and the coffee and cakes are delicious. I highly recommend this place to everyone.
