This place is justly popular for their delicious spicy tofu soup, which is the house specialty. The side dishes are also tasty. Used to frequent this restaurant over the last few years and recommended it to others. The reason for the low rating is the increasingly brusque and rude service by the owner/manager lady at the cash register, who has an imperious attitude. As one example, last visit, she approached our table (next to cash register) and told my guest off for not eating fast enough (we think...from her gestures, we don't speak Korean...the restaurant was not busy). Bizarre way to treat customers. Sometimes, she is fine though. I have tried the other Korean place on Beecroft Rd and fo...

We went to the BCD Tofu House with a group of friends for our annual Christmas lunch gathering. Being inexperienced Korean diners, we relied heavily on our 2 Korean friends. Most of us ordered the Saefood Tofu Hotpot, another person ordered the Vegetarian Tofu Hotpot and some had the Bibimbap. The dishes costs around the $16 mark and each one was accompanied by a bowl of rice which was cooked in a stone mini pot. My Seafood Hotpot was quite bland in flavour but still quite nice. My favourite food was probably the complimentary side dishes. They were very tasty. It was my first time there and definitely won't be my last.

My husband and I ate here today and it was a great experience. The food was fantastic and they were very accommodating for my vegetarian husband. The tofu soup was lovely as were all the little side dishes that come with all (I think) meals. They even had toddler cutlery and baby tofu soup. The beef ribs were some of the best I've ever had. Staff were friendly too.

know, but I was disappointed to find that most Korean restaurants in Sydney don't serve a good sundubu jjigae. The ones I tried lacked flavor and were not as satisfying as I had hoped. I hope to find a better option next time I'm craving this delicious dish. Réservez une table maintenant

Korean tofu soup with side dishes. Taste good and reasonable price. Service was good except have to wait awhile for food to be prepared.

Had a really bad experience there. Later comer was served before us and the staff was so rude, treating customer with no respect.
