This BD’s is always a great choice to have a big meal with reasonable price, various food options and good service. Highly recommend their create your own bowl. There are one tour and unlimited meals. The one tour meal is good enough for me adding salad bar and soup. I like their sausage chili soup the most. The salad bar is fresh but their croutons could sometimes be hard like stones. However, the Mongolian bbq could often be overcooked. I hope their cooks can be more careful. The food serves fast and there are a variety of food options. Calamari and tofu are my favorite with Szechuan or yum yum sauce. Additionally, their BD app is amazing. Place was a dirty, food was burnt and had flakes of burnt stuff in it and the service was not the greatest even though i feel she was trying her best. Literally the place was dead and it took forever to get drinks and the check. My friend ordered crab Rangoon and they were so doughy and cold in the middle. And then to be told that a to go box would be 6.00 even though they upcharge you for unlimited. Wow. Will prob never ever come back here.
Been coming for 18 years, since they first opened. They charge $6 for a takeout container for unlimited now, and snuck in a service charge for our party. Ridiculous! Cheap food cost practices like this make me not want to come back, which is a shame after years of enjoying this place. But there are definitely better places to spend your money that won 't nickel and dime you.
Terrible service, they need employees that care about the customer needs.i did not like it that I was charged a tip even though the service was horrible. If a waitress or waiter will not do the job they don't even deserve the small wages they earn.

Pretty easy review here. If you don't like the food, you don't know how to cook. Staff is always great and the restaurant itself always tidy. Still one of my favorite places to hit up when I'm in the area.
All is well. It was a good experience overall. Food is good and the service excellent. It's a long drive for us so most likely not again until the next birthday trip.
