Giving Beach Burrito a generous 4 stars since Its more like a 3 1/2, but the potential is really there to put this place over the top. There really are some great things about this place and I will run through them quickly: Decor cool laid back vibe. Been here multiple times and just noticed that the chandelier made of skulls is actually old broken skateboard decks. That 's pretty bad ass. Friendly staff. Quick service. Daily specials and lunch time deals. Good food. Good drink selection. Reasonably priced. The onion rings at this restaurant are amazing! The atmosphere is lively and enjoyable, making it a great spot for hanging out with friends. The food was delicious as well, with generous portion sizes - my friend had nachos and I had a burrito, but neither of us could finish our meals. They also have a good selection of vegetarian options. We tried their margaritas, which were delicious and flavorful. I would definitely come back here if I'm in the mood for Mexican food!
Disappointing. If diners at this establishment have never had any sort of Mexican food before or have never been outside of Australia it is likely they will find this place tasty in its food and generous in its portions. Instead, the burritos were small and bland, and they were accompanied by a side of a mere three corn chips (three! I wish I were joking about this! . Save your time, your money, and your taste buds and walk right by this place.
I tried the Flying Pig (favorite) and Pulled Pork burritos at this restaurant and they were huge and filling. The flavors were great, but because the burritos were so big, the salsas weren't distributed evenly. There were pockets of delicious flavor here and there, but not consistently throughout. The restaurant has a fun and festive Mexican atmosphere and the staff was friendly. Overall, it's a solid choice for dinner.

I love this Mexican restaurant for lunch in the Civic area. There is plenty of seating, and if you arrive around 12 o'clock, you can avoid the crowd and not have to wait too long. My favorite dishes here are the Chimichanga and Tacos. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. For larger groups, it is recommended to make a reservation in advance.
Everything I've had so far has been great. EXCEPT for the one time I had a sangria and I was given a drink that tasted like the put a little bit of red wine into a glass of midori and put chopped apple on top... which is just not a sangria.
Beauutiful decor a lovely bevey....the tequila, ginger cranberry frozen mag is truly die for worth! Insanely fast service but sorry guys, have had much cheaper burritos that are much more tastier. Very little non spicy options too.
The pork and beef were flavourless - The rice was hard - The size of the food was pretty small (for the price paid). Won't be ordering from here anymore!!!

Pork and chicken burrito in a bowl was awesome, that chipotle was to die for. The Taco wasn't anything special, but the Churro was sooo good.
Great food, I like to that you can pick and choose what you want. The app for ordering is abit broken.
