great place to take her dog for a walk, as the walk is about 2 miles around. has many paths that lead to playgrounds for children, animals and rocky outcrops. dogs are a loud guide, but only at certain times of the year. signs tell them when they have to be on the guide and where. can be very busy in summer with the upper and lower parking full to the edge. the parking system works on a barrier system and there is a ticket to be paid on the machine at the exit.
I love this place has it beautiful forest hikes, loading of things interested to the children, beautiful kiefern and ripe book trees the way are good and even providing of tarmac on some share. when they are at the top of the light fire hill the prospects are amazing, 360 degrees. the caffe is good too much baked cake toasties and some good vegan options. car parking you can pay on your card, no cash required. great for a little fresh air and nature.
beautiful park with good facilities, not too big, but enough to keep each old occupied. it has the old history of rock formation and bronze time settlement. the long-horned cork that graze in the environment make the early settler's feeling. easy to rush and once reach the summit, you will be rewarded with a beautiful panoramic scene.
beautiful place to visit. beautiful views. so peaceful! it was nebulous when I visited, but that made it all the more calm and fresher. you could still see the views, and I love them. you could walk around for hours. different ways to go further. many entrances and parking spaces! visit another one again. This is a stunning location with breathtaking panoramic views of Leicestershire at the top. The weather was just as dramatic as the scenery, enhancing the overall atmosphere. There is ample parking available, and the facilities are well-maintained. We will definitely be returning!
I came across Beacon Hill by chance and had a fantastic experience. It was a lovely walk with my dog along the National Forest trail. The beacon area was very clean and enjoyable, offering beautiful rural views all around.
