Beaconsfield Fish & Chips

I have been coming to this restaurant for over 26 years and have seen it change ownership at least 4 times. During this time, the food has always been consistently good, especially the fish and chips. However, I have noticed a decline in quality since the new owners took over a few years ago. The fish is now thinner and more watery, and the taste of the chips and dim sims has completely changed. It seems like they may have switched to a different brand of oil, as I remember the old owners used Palm fry brand. The fish and burgers are well made and are quite inexpensive. There are a couple of tables inside, but most people take their food away. It does get hot in the kitchen. The cuisine is the typical grilled and fried range, with souvlaki and chicken fillet burgers as well. You come away at just $10 for a grilled fish and plain hamburger.

This a is a review for Beaconsfield Fish Chips on Princess Highway. We have have been repeat custumers for a while now. Literally best fish and chips in town. From the burgers, beef croquettes, hot dogs in batter and everything else it is spot...on. Don’t forget the chicken salt!

a friendly young girl named April served me and she was so polite and she helped me work as you used the paying machine. She reminded me of great granddaughter, she was beautiful.
