I absolutely love this coffee shop! Although I've visited both their Annapolis and Crownsville locations, I tend to go to the Crownsville one more often since I live just down the street. My husband and I frequently stop by for coffee and pastries. While he enjoys their coffee, I usually opt for a hot chai latte, which is simply delicious! I also treat myself to a chocolate croissant when I'm in the mood for a little indulgence. If you decide to get one, make sure to have it warmed up a bit—it’s so much better that way! When the experience at this restaurant is good, it can be outstanding. However, there are many times when it becomes overcrowded, and the layout, along with the staff’s difficulty in managing the line, can make for a frustrating visit. Prohibiting smoking near the entrance would significantly enhance the atmosphere. The food is fairly average, the coffee is a slight improvement over what you’d get at national chains, and the prices are somewhat on the higher side.
This delightful hidden gem features a beautiful and picturesque ambiance, complemented by the finest seating area available. The baristas are always friendly, particularly the one with magenta hair—I'll make sure to remember to ask for her name next time! A visit here is always worthwhile. Although I haven’t sampled the food, the espresso is outstanding.
As shown in my photo, the latte art doesn't reflect the quality of the coffee being served here. The coffee tasted decent, but it wasn't made as it should have been. On the bright side, the atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, and both the bagels and chicken salad sandwiches were delightful!

Food selection is great and the food is the best bang for your buck. The staff is efficient and kind. Our coffee was incredible and the back Patio is a great spot to sit.
