It's a lovely local café. The bagel burger is delightful, and the freshly made vegan sausage rolls are equally delicious. I appreciate that they come with a beautiful salad, making the £6 price feel reasonable. I also tried the chocolate cake, which was a bit dry, and the only other vegan cake option was lemon drizzle. I'm not sure why they've added meat to the menu since this was one of the few vegetarian cafés in Durham, which doesn’t quite make sense to me, but it's fair to offer human options. The place could really benefit from some interior updates and a few more vegan cake or baked options.

excellent tee, friendly owner, beautiful decor, a cozy place to recover if they need some rest from the chaos of the north road or living in general. the winey garden at the back is also great, beautiful and quiet. also cany cheap, just a pfund for a takeout tee.

Very friendly vegan cafe! They had run out lunch, but they kindly put some sausage rolls in the oven, while we ate delicious chocolate cake in the garden! The sausage rolls were gorgeous! Will definitely visit again to try the vegan burgers

If you're in Durham it is a must visit place the staff are absolutely amazing and go above and beyond your regular costa or Starbucks they have quality art for sale in the shop for just £3 stop reading this and go there now !!

One of my favorite cafés in Durham! The owner is very friendly, the food is excellent, and the sensory garden in the back is always a peaceful escape. There are plenty of vegan options as well—definitely worth a visit!

The burgers here are excellent, and my courgette with posh beans was a refreshing change from the usual lunch fare. The dessert we ordered, a chocolate brownie, was outstanding. I highly recommend trying the brownie!

excellants burger and my court, 'posh beans' was a nice change from the regular lunch farm. the desserts we ordered (chocolate brownie) was excellent. they should not give the opportunity to have a brownie!

One of the best independent Coffee shops in Durham. It's up there with Cafedrel. A must visit when your out and about in Durham.
