After crossing the finish line of a charity run, my family and I decided to have lunch at Beancross. We called ahead to make a reservation for 10 adults and 3 children. Upon arrival, we were impressed by the restaurant's ambiance. However, we had to wait a while before being seated as the staff were chatting. The menus we were finally given were dirty and worn out. It took a long time for our drink orders to be taken and even longer for them to be brought to our table. We had to request clean glasses.
