Was driving home on 33 and passed by this place. There were lots of cars pulled up on the side of the road. I hit the U turn because I said if that many cars are there it must be good! That was the first time I went to Bearded one BBQ. i ordered pulled pork, pulled chicken sandwiches and a pulled pork tacos. They were all delicious! I also ordered the macaroni and cheese and was surprised at how tasty it was. The baked beans was delicious also!! I ordered the coleslaw but I wasn't a fan of it. Little place on the side of the road. I've had brisket at more than a few places in Texas and California and this is well in the upper half of those. The Fried Chicken Wings were unique. The meat had a good amount of smoke but the skin was crispy and crunchy which made the wings a whole new experience. The beans were good with a little bacon and the Mac-n-cheese was very good and different because the cheese was stringy, like maybe Parmesan would do. The barbecue sauce was really tasty and well spiced with a good amount of heat. In fact, I think we'll stop by for a couple of bottles to take home. Try it, you'll like it!
There were at least three things on this menu I wanted to try, but this time I settled on the pulled pork grilled cheese. It was excellent! My husband also liked his pulled chicken tacos but found a couple tiny bones in it which threw him off a bit, and would've liked more bbq sauce (but he's also the kind of person that likes it dripping down your arm). They might be a tiny food truck on the side of the road but they even have a pretty cool looking seating area. Unfortunately it was cold and rainy when we went, but... you always need a reason to go back!
I grasped the pulled pork and a wave of rest pulled through my being. the time stopped when I opened my mouth to take a bite. immediately my senses were overwhelmed with taste, accompanied by a feeling of weightlessness, I was floating. When I came to the face of this pathetic mortal, everything in the world felt right, and I finally felt like I had reached an inner peace. I couldn't help but want more and more. I also had the sriracha wing and they were good. will definitely be a recurring customer.

Fantastic. I tried a bite of my wife's quesadilla, and wow- I'm getting that next time. Jalapeno bacon burger was delicious, not as spicy as I was expecting, but still really good. I loved the rub on the apple wings, I ate a few without the sauce it was so good. BBQ beans are a little weird, but not bad. Spicy. Kiddo loved the grilled cheese and asked for seconds on the mac. Everything was great, 5 stars all the way.
We absolutely love this place! I've been here at least a dozen times, and I'm sure I'll be back for many more! The pulled pork sandwich, brisket, cornbread, and chili are all fantastic, but you really need to try the different flavors. The live bands are amazing too! The owner, Chris, is wonderful!
The restaurant really knows how to do things right. The flavor of natural wood smoke permeates every dish. I sampled nearly everything on the menu, and each item has its own unique twist. Nothing was dry; each preparation was moist and flavorful. My favorite was the charred finish—it was delicious!
We organized our son's birthday party at Bearded One, and everyone had a great time! We enjoyed the pulled pork, brisket, pulled chicken, grilled vegetables, and macaroni and cheese. The apple habanero sauce is fantastic and pairs perfectly with all the meats.

Outstanding. Fantastic food. My only regret is not checking this place out sooner. We had the brisket which was exceptional (sandwich for me, tacos and quesadillas for the kids). The wings were a unique flavor and absolutely devoured. Can't wait to come back!
Ordered for super bowl Sunday. Portions were tremendous, the taste was out of this world and the price was on point. Chris and his team are truly the best.
