This is mine and my fiancées first time at this location (Westport Rd) and we also had one of her friends with us. We were all three very disappointed and will not be returning. When we arrived, the aroma of pizza smelled fantastic, however we decided to get the ‘buffet’ food. This was a mistake. It was old. The crust of the pizza was rock solid and the toppings as well. The lasagna was great, but the pizza was awful. The chicken wings were also old. The guy who was taking care of us was very friendly and professional; I can’t complain about him. Unfortunately, first time picking up this typically great hometown gem for some good Za! We were disappointed honestly, by the price, quality and service was nice, but slow as they were teenagers busy talking to one another (pretty normal these days at similar establishments). Pizza was off their normal spot on game, but every1 has bad days, so hoping next time is as it used to be Service: Takeaway
Best dang pizza you can find. We eat a ton of pizza and look forward to trips to Louisville for the opportunity to snag the second love of my life. The food was truly terrible. Everything appeared as if someone had already eaten it. The service was awful as well; it took nearly an hour for our order to arrive. The ambiance was disappointing; the floors were quite dirty.
