The food at this restaurant was very good, however, the employees displayed arrogance and a negative attitude, providing horrible service. It seems they believe that customers will continue to eat here regardless of how they are treated. The management needs improvement, as well as better training for the staff. During my visit, I witnessed the chef accidentally knocking down two open boxes of food, picking them up and placing them back on the table. These boxes were then used to pack food for pick-up orders. Despite warning two employees about what happened, they ignored me and continued to serve the food. I spoke to a white girl with tattoos on her arms and a black girl, who both dismissed...
Every time I visit from out of town, I make sure to have dinner at Bears. Their menu offers a variety of smoked meats and sides, with several combo options to choose from. The food is excellent for a diner or quick service restaurant. The cafeteria-style service makes ordering a breeze and the line moves quickly. The atmosphere is very laid-back, with plenty of seating and space. We had a fantastic experience at this BBQ restaurant! We tried the pulled pork and turkey breast, both of which were delicious. The BBQ sauce had the perfect balance of sweet and spicy flavors. The sides we chose, sweet mashed potatoes and mac and cheese, were equally tasty. The portions were generous, and we especially enjoyed the bear balls - deep fried cornbread balls filled with pulled pork and mac and cheese, topped with bacon and cheese sauce. Delicious!
Absolutely LOVE! I’m from Texas and it was difficult to find a decent BBQ spot that hits right at home, until I found Bears Their staff is always so lovely and hardworking. The food is always hot and fresh, 10/10 recommend Bears BBQ to anyone who wants to find some delicious BBQ. I’m constantly craving their Brisket. This restaurant offers delicious barbecue with fantastic side dishes. I adored the atmosphere and their impressive selection of craft beers. The service was fairly good. I dined in for lunch and found the price per person to be between $10 and $20. The BBQ Brisket, Mashed Sweet Potatoes, and Coleslaw were highly recommended. There is ample free parking available in a parking lot.
I ate here last night and had the fried pickles. They made me a sauce for them. I ate but got food poisoning. I was throwing up and laid out on the bathroom floor at my house. So much pain don’t know if it was bad grease or my food was tampered with. But this was Rolling Smokehouse in Windsor Locks outside of the Luppoleto Brewing Company . Very disappointed.
This restaurant never disappoints! I absolutely adore this place! Everything has a delicious smoky flavor. You wait in line to order as they prepare everything right in front of you. It's a pretty cool experience and the aroma throughout the entire place is divine!
