The dishes tasted very similar. Salty and fishy. We arrived 7 min early and the butler was super rejecting and rude because they were not ready . The food serving went ok and our waitress was super nice. However, during the dessert dishes, it took forever to get our food. We spent an hour waiting for the two last courses and by that time we were completely over it. When the last dessert finally came, we asked for the bill. But for whatever reason they also took forever to bring the bill to us. After we payed the butler was super rude once again and didnt even look at us when we left. After sitting there for 3,5 hours. It was so weird and uncomfortable.
Top restaurant! Amazing kitchen. Not only they serve you great looking set menu, but everything is also unbelievably tasty and as a customer you ain't gonna walk away hungry ; La Gout menu is exceptionally well though out, every new dish delivers a story and new flavors behind it. On the top of everything the personnel is super attentive and friendly. This place is worth the effort to come and dine there.

La oferta gastronómica de The CookBook en sus dos restaurantes, Beat y Komfort, se sitúa ahora entre la élite por méritos propios. Elegancia, fundamento, conocimiento, creatividad y talento definen un estilo admirable.
Iba sin expectativas porque el hecho de tener una estrella michelín muchas veces no quiere decir nada, pero en este caso fue un acierto y disfrutamos como hacía tiempo.Muy recomendable!

Ha sido nuestra primera vez y hemos disfrutado mucho de la experiencia gastronómica, cada plato tenía algo especial y el personal es muy atento y servicial.
Menú elaborado y servicio excelente. A la altura de un estrella Michelin (que estoy segura que no tardarán nada en conseguir) 100% recomendable.
Espectacular, una experiencia para los sentidos a cargo de los platos de Jose Manuel Miguel y el maridaje de Gonzalo Alonso. Imprescindible.
