How to be both delighted and frustrated at the same time. Delighted the restaurant, food and staff were all wonderful, and it 's right by the Med to boot (or flip flop). Frustrated in 20 years of visiting Cambrils I 've walked past Beattriz maybe 200 times and never gone in before what an idiot!!! The food we had a carpaccio of beef to share (melt in mouth time) and a classic paella (the seafood was superb); quality and quantity in abundance; I took some of the rice home and had it the following night. Tried to eat last night but was told the kitchen didn't open until 7pm. At 7.05 was informed the kitchen opened at 7.30 so I left. I wanted to try the restaurant so returned tonight. Had a delicious monk fish with romano. Excellent food but not a lot of it on the plate especially for the price. This could be a fantastic place but seems disorganised. I'm surprised it attracts repeat visitors which is a pity. Great location.
Cuando estoy en villafortuny, lo primero que hago es; llamar y reservar mesa para varios días.... Así me aseguro de que esos días, disfrutaré de la comida, el servicio y las vistas de al lado de casa, con todos los placeres juntos... No se puede ser más feliz , por un precio normal y una cocina excelente!!. A ver quién me lo iguala !!.... Y encima es verdad. Yo, ahí lo dejo....
Pasamos una noche y nos tomamos una cerveza con unos mejillones a la brasa espectaculares. Pues bien hemos venido a comer y es todavía mejor, mejillones, chipirones buenísimos, una ensalada ventresca y unas cocochas al pilpil increíble todo. De postre nos han recomendado el lemon pie. Family of 4 greeted by friendly staff and enjoyed a wonderful lobster paella. Fries were top class too and drove the kids to order an extra portion. A busy local atmosphere very enjoyable lunch.
Estuvimos hace unos meses y repetiremos sin duda cuando volvamos! Tenían varias opciones veganas y la paella de verduras con heura estaba increíble!
Sin duda repetiré. Arroz muy rico. Los pulpitos a la brasa con panceta ibérica fuera de carta sin duda lo mejor. Postres caseros espectaculares.
Comimos dentro, con los ventiladores, precio razonable, buena comida, especialmente el arroz vegetal, delicioso y buena ración
