Amazing property. I would recommend getting half board which includes breakfast and dinner. Property is right in the lake, it has big park to relax, great spa facility, courteous staff members. Some of the names that I want to recognize are Anke, Ms Costa, Marisa, Marcos, Ahmad, Helder, Zaida, Giselle, Maria and Matheus at the spa, Igor at the restaurant. I don’t remember everyone’s name but they were all kind and courteous Well run operation I would recommend that ownership invest money in air conditioners as not every room has one and in the summer months it can be intolerable to stay here.

Perfect: Simplicity and elegance ,beauty and comfort, to eyes and stomach ; to all the senses,successful synthesis .What more can I say, when the weather is minus 3 degrees Celsius, You enter the hot water pool under the moon ,same time watching the breathtaking view of the lake Thun and Alps , trees around you... PURE HAPPİNES

This hotel was everything we were looking for. Very professional and welcoming staff. If you are hungry , something is constantly being offered at the hotel this wasnt something we expected but loved We were mostly impressed with the private tour of the lake totally FREE .. all in one place !! Thank You !!
