Very unusual place , found it strange we had to order in advance , but maybe so the food was available as it wasn’t very busy , they tried their best to serve us well which was nice , but I found the food was London prices way to expensive , maybe that’s why it wasn’t busy ? Very dated interior could maybe do with a revamp ? So was ok for a stopover , but may have been more appealing with a smaller menu offered and a more reasonable course rate possibly ?
Despite a very clear note on the booking form, a phone conversation AND confirming on arrival, it was still an issue to have pitta bread (rather than normal bread) for one person in the group. It was sorted eventually, but not with any grace. We were also short served on the cakes and not offered any top up on the tea/coffee. Not impressed and wouldn't recommend.
