Sehr erfrischend, von Menschen begrüßt zu werden, die gerne arbeiten. Ich war bei einem Freund in Freiburg und habe diesen einzigartigen Ort entdeckt, an dem das Essen einfach köstlich war. Wir hatten einen Drink in der Lounge auf dem Balkon vor unserem Abendessen, die Aussicht auf das Hotel war von oben mit einem sehr kreativen Barkeeper hervorragend. Probieren Sie den Fisch in Salzkruste!

Dieses Restaurant hat wahrlich Potential mein nächstes Stammlokal zu werden.Die Korrektheit der Kellner sind wahrlich großartig.Das Restaurant ist wahrhaftig äußerst schön möbliert. Keine cheap Dekoration, stattdessen es war farblich das meiste überaus gut aussehend auf einander angepasst.Vom Geschmack ist da echt vieles ein Genuss. Die Mengen sind in einer guten und sättigende Liga.

Über die Chaîne rotisseur sind wir auf diese brasserie gekommen. Sehr schönes Ambiente und feines Essen auch mal spezielles wie Kutteln. Die Bedienung sehr freundlich. Ein Ort wo man gerne wieder hin kommt.

Superb restaurant with an amazing kitchen. We had a 4 course menu at a company dinner and every single dish was outstanding. The staff was nice and helpful throughout the entire dinner.
Amazing food and atmosphere... the waiter was really helpful and kind, he made a great contribution to making this evening so special!!
