I love to support local businesses although I?ve had countless terrible experiences at this store. Food is great but the customer service is disgusting, usually from an older woman at the till. Always rude, never friendly. I hope the owner is ableto view this review as this woman is ruining the reputation of your store. I?ve heard many complaints of the same regard. As aregular customer I am disappointed to say I no longer support this business and will no longer return. I hope you can look atyour employees working without supervision as they are going to ruin your business. (Your other staff is amazing)
Worst customer service. I hsve a feeling they either discriminate against people because of their mental health or their skin color. Whenever I go in to buy something the old woman working the register never says you are welcome or make any small talk.Just dead silence. It weirds me out. It 's like she is silently saying you are not welcome here. Absolute terrible customerservice. The other employees are really nice. If she is some political person tell her to keep it outside her job.
20 mins outside Courtenay whipped out the phone to order a medium Popeye for pick up. One of my favorite things to eat when we visit Comox Valley. Excellent crust (cripsy but chewy) toppings are fresh good quality all oven baked to perfection.Takes average 30 40 mins so call ahead.
