I am very grateful to have worked with Chef Lucky. A few years ago I was diagnosed with herpes and my doctor was not very helpful. Chef Lucky provided me with invaluable recommendations for treatment! After starting the treatment, I noticed a significant improvement. I ordered a chopped salad with sub feta cheese instead of Bleu cheese because I don't like blue cheese . I called the beefaroo when I got home to let them know they got my order wrong and they would replace it. It took me a couple of days to get my replacement order because I've been so busy with work and my kids. But I won go there ever again . Seems like they can't do anything right whenever I go. Auburn st is the only beefaroo I would never go to again . Poor customer service especially the managers.

Waited over 20 minutes for our food while dining in. Only 3 other tables eating in the whole place. Watched the lady take my burger off the tray and put it in the microwave because it had been sitting so long. The place has went down hill since it was sold.

Food was good, but it ridiculous as to how expensive they are....was also disappointed that they no longer had their signature salt shaker on the table..also the restroom was nasty..bad smell and just old, grungy lookingReally needed updated and cleaned Réservez une table maintenant

I really enjoy the medium fries here, they are fresh and have just the right amount of extra salt. In my opinion, they are the best in the world that I have tried so far.

I really enjoy their cheese fries. Lately, I have been loving the loaded fries and the pork tenderloin sandwich. It's a perfect combination with a mixed iced tea.

The price of $17 for a side of fries and a "big beef" sandwich with just a few slices of meat is outrageous. I won't be returning to this restaurant again.

In the last few years this location has steadily gone downhill and I am disappointed by that. I believe I will be giving Beef a Roo a long break. Réservez une table maintenant

The beef is better than most but certainly no Luke's or Portillo's. However, the hamburgers and cheeseburgers are to die for. Recommended.
