Let me start by saying our server, Andrea, was AMAZING—very understanding and professional. My review is based on the food and management, and does not reflect on her. The food was completely wrong: they brought out 4 wings from another order and said the other 6 would be out shortly. They accidentally made the wings BBQ instead of mild, which I ordered. The burgers were also cooked incorrectly. When the manager came over, I asked if they could replace the first 4 wings since they had BBQ sauce on them, and he rolled his eyes at me. He then put the new burgers down, asked what was wrong with the original ones, and displayed a terrible attitude. He was completely rude.
My parents and I were really looking forward to having a family dinner at our usual spot. Unfortunately, this was the third time my family has faced this issue, and it was my first time experiencing it, as I usually haven't had time off for family dinners. If you plan to visit this restaurant, be prepared for potentially long waits without being served or greeted. We waited for 13 minutes, getting looked at by several servers but receiving no assistance. Eventually, we decided to leave. I hope this situation improves, as I would hate to see this place decline. I genuinely hope my feedback contributes to positive change.
Both restrooms were closed during our visit. The men's room was extremely filthy, with a sticky floor and one stall covered in vomit. If the health department had inspected, I’m sure they would have shut the place down. My son's burger didn’t arrive until we were nearly done with our meal. The staff seemed aimless, standing around as if they had no direction. I won’t be returning. The overall lack of cleanliness is the sole reason I’m rating this place 1 star.
My recent visits to the Bloomingdale Beef 'O' Brady's have been disappointing. The hostess appeared uninterested in seating us, and her body language was unwelcoming. Once seated, we waited without anyone coming to take our order. It’s evident this location has issues with customer service. On the other hand, I’ve had great experiences at the Hwy 60 and FishHawk locations.

I visited a couple of weeks ago and had an amazing experience. The service from Liz at the bar was outstanding—both professional and personable. I ordered a Cuban sandwich, which was good, but the exceptional service truly stole the show. I will definitely be back!
I requested my food to be extra crispy, but it came out cold and far from crispy. The fries were also cold, which was disappointing because the wings and fries are usually cooked perfectly. It's unfortunate that this was my first meal of the day at 6:30 PM.
The nachos were missing ingredients, and they ended up being flipped upside down and spilled everywhere. They were the worst nachos I've ever had from that place.
The wings were poorly prepared—dry with hardly any sauce on them. Overall, it was quite disappointing.
