Beefeater - Réserver une table

My first visit to the Beefeater in Redditch. We were prompted by an excellent offer from the marketing department (Dads eat free on Father's Day). Service from Maria was friendly, warm and professional. The food was excellent. We will definitely be back. Thank you for such a positive experience.

A strange experience !! We tried to order alcoholic drinks (we’re all over 18 and we were told the manager wouldn’t accept a provisional license as a valid form of ID and she didn’t even come out from the back and explain why !! However our service was great and skye our waitress did amazing :

Lovely evening meal which was served by a FANTASTIC waitress “Charlie” A message for her Mum, sometimes chatty is GOOD Charlie has EXCELLENT customer service skills and she goes out of her way to engage with everyone she is dealing with.

Gone a little downhill. Needs a good clean especially the ceiling. So much cobwebs with dirt in hanging over tables. Service could be better except the odd person.

Lovely meals. Very clean, little noisy as people shouting over the music.
