On May 31st, we had a reservation for a birthday party at 6 PM. However, at 4:30 PM that day, we received a call informing us that they couldn’t open due to a bathroom issue. We ended up going to another restaurant, but on our way, we passed by Beertown and saw several people enjoying the terrace. I was really disappointed that we didn’t return to that restaurant. This is certainly not a good way to retain regular customers!
I tried the southern fried chicken for the first time, and it was fantastic! The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was wonderful. I truly enjoyed my experience, even though I was feeling a bit tired after a long day. I appreciated the check-in from the management as a thoughtful touch. As for parking, the location has plenty of spaces available! Overall, it was a great dine-in experience.
Very unprofessional staff. made a reservation and was not approached by anyone after being seated. Staff at host stand said I 'm sorry about that but couldn 't even make eye contact. Left and went to Swiss Chalet where the service and food was fantastic. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
