I am concerned for the general hygiene of your restaurant and for the health of your staff. There is an incredible smell of "抹布味道” floating in the air, mixed with a whiff of molding floorboards, or whatever the source of that is. The molding is probably unavoidable due to the antique-ness of the building structure. But seriously yo. I'm not sure if you are aware, but these factors are detrimental for your business. I'm not sure what goes on in the kitchen or what it looks like behind the cashier counter, but I am aware of my seating space, table counter, as well as the chunks of food scrap and stickiness on the floors beneath my feet. Came here for a quick bite. Must admit didn't expect much at first. Originally aimed for a simple tomato egg noodle soup but saw 3 out of five customers ordering their braised beef hand made noodle soup I quickly changed my mind.
The food took more than 15 minutes to come out which actually is a good sign. Was expecting a little more pieces of beef in there but ended up finishing the entire bowl without any issues.
The hand made noodle is prefect. With consistent with across one can imagine the level of expertise the chef has acquired. The beef stock is also very nice. Balanced with a few tiny pieces of ginger and finely chopped shallots.
I haven't always been a Chinese food fan but I loved this little restaurant! Only a few tables, small and compact. Super friendly staff and pretty fast service. All the noodle dishes are handmade, you can really tell by the texture of the noodles which I loved. Each dish had really good flavour and their braised beef noodle soup was so yum, I wished there was more braised beef though. Would come back for a cheap, quick bite if I'm around Burwood again.

The worst customer service ever!!! The waitress with glasses was so rude and rushed us from the second we walked in. We haven't even got a chance to look at the menu yet she was rushing us to order. When my husband still got half bowl of noodle to finish, she came up to us asking if we have finished and ready to pay...speechless...someone like her shouldn't be serving customer at all!!
Best family restaurant in Sydney with authentic home-hand dumplings, noodles and pastries made with heart. Our family was one of the first customers of this shop since its establishment in 2003. It was the first northern chinese restaurant in Burwood. Throughout the past 14 years, it remains our family's favourite restaurant.
A ghetto Chinese noodle joint in Burwood offering home made noodles and dumplings. The noodles were tasty and has a bite to it, flavours was good and the dumplings were pretty good. The cold meats and braised pork was dry but was not too bad. I'd recommend to get the dry noodles and dumplings.
Fried dumplings are good. The only problem is the cashier collect money directly with her hands without gloves when she was making dumplings in or whatever which is not clean for customers.

Great food! Quite an authentic Northern cuisine. The place to be for a quick Beijing flavour fix! Go for the handmade noodles - these are some of the best in town.
Horrible customer service, the worst experience ever. Food doesn't taste good and doesn't look clean either. Will never come back. Very disappointed.
