amazing customer service. this pub makes her feel completely home. I found the whole staff very friendly, and after constant fast service I waited for minutes to be served, and at this opportunity the staff could not be apologetic for the waiting period. eating is of good quality and again was served quickly and efficiently, the atmosphere in the pub is great, with such a cozy feeling that on this particular rainy day I did not want to leave. has become the manager shaun bailey for the performance of such a brilliant pub! if only all pub staff treated customers like this pub does!
Our first visit, easy to book a table. Slightly chaotic checking in to get our table. Drinks order got messed up but got sorted. Nice side rooms which are not too busy, nice comfy seating and good amount of room at the table. Nice menu. Veggie roast option not very good. Yorkshire puddings over cooked. Good service although we got moved as they wanted to get a table for 10 ready and they didn’t say this when we weee first seated. So work to be done on communication and attention to current guests over future guests. Nice location and we would certainly come back.
The customer service at this pub is incredible. It makes you feel right at home. All of the staff are extremely friendly and provide fast service. Even when there was a brief wait, the staff were apologetic. The food is of high quality and served quickly. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, making it hard to leave, especially on a rainy day. Thanks to manager Shaun Bailey for running such a brilliant pub. If only all pubs treated their customers like this one does!
for valentine-stag meal. really nice eating. dessert and the melting chocolate bomb were amazing! only case was our payment at the booking paid was not taken out of the bill, until asked, a pessimist makes me wonder if this happens to anyone until they ask it to get a bit more money back for the pub if the people do not notice. Eat is good. today for a Mexican Monday, ordered a burrito with a tee. I must say these meals are not filling this, and if they look for somewhere more food, I would not recommend this place. However, I recommend this place if they are looking for a fast bite and a drink.
I admit, I visit here quite a lot, none the less, the staff are excellent, and very friendly. The food is always good, and the pairing of wine is pleasing. Classy, but still allow your dog in half the areas too. Additionally, recently had a huge refurbishment. 5/5.
