I was here last night for dinner with my partner as I crossed this place for a year, as he walks away from his place! I'm sad to see how delicious Ness I missed! We ordered Calamari rings, mussels in Marinara Sauce and Steak and Pommes! Everything was served immediately and delicious. It was my first time to try shells, and I have to say that they were delicious and not gritty at all. Steak was cooked for perfection. My only feedback would be to pair the Calamari with a hot sauce instead of a lemon. It will really add to taste pairing! Went after the dinner rush and this place was still packed.... this place is busy and not huge so keep that in mind if you haven't made a reservation. We had a daily pizza special (not on menu and Warm Spinach Salad w/Chicken. Pizza was okay would choose a burger next time, the ones I saw come out looked good (lamb burger next time! . It was all served surprising quickly for the amount of people there. Servers were great, quick, attentive and friendly. Came back many times to confirm everything was good and she was extremely busy. Decided to treat ourselves to lunch at Bella today and now wonder why we don’t go more often. It’s a few blocks from home and the food is always great. To day it was busy and a waitress came over to ask for our drink order because our waitress was busy with a large party. When she brought our drinks she asked if we were ready to order and we did. When the food was ready our actual waitress brought it over. I was just so impressed that they acted like a team which caused our food to arrive without delay. Great food and atmosphere. Nice neighborhood spot!

I tried this place for the first time. I will be back for at least 4 more items I would like to try and be regular. Bella has the feeling of a local diner, comfortable/kozy not overdue. The food is like mum... if mum ever found her way to the spice drawer and knew how to balance fats and acids. The cook knows what he does and also uses local products. Delicious! It's busy to make reservations. My wife loved the falafel burger and sweet potatoes and I had the ribbed plate.

Honestly best burgers in town if not In the Province. Farm to table menu which means seasonal and fresh. Great service as well. However, decor can be a little more modern and wine selection can be improved. I would recommend this place to every!

We were in the area house hunting and not familiar with the area. Found this bistro on google maps. Pleasantly surprised, food was great, our server was friendly and efficient. If in the area again we definitely will stop by.

Rachel M our server was amazing and when she realized our food was taking too long she let us know right away. The food was well worth the wait. The next time I visit Kingston I will definitely go back.

Interesting menu and pleasant servers but it's trying to be fine dining in a greasy spoon. Would be a gem if they developed a patio on the water. I like what they're doing, just not there yet.

Server was very personable, well trained and provided excellent service. Our steak fritters and pasta with shrimp plates were delicious and very well prepared!

Great local food and beer. Rotary menu is interesting and can please different pallets.
