Excellent service from friendly and helpful staff. The high standard menu is the same as other outlets, with a good range of vegetarian options, as well as offers to make it vegan on some items. The food is beautifully prepared and presented. Good choice of drinks. The menu caters well for children with child friendly options. Nice atmosphere in a clean environment. Plenty of parking space with disabled parking and access available.

It is very nice restaurant very friendly staff. Food we ordered was very good lamb shank was cooked to perfection very tasty and worth waiting for also my wife’s pasta carbonara was excellent. Deserts good as well brownie with orange very strong taste panacotta was great with fresh strawberries. Nice place would recommend we will definitely be back. Thanks

Very friendly staff and such delicious food. The atmosphere was very nice and the overall restaurant look was so pretty! We had a bit of a struggle with my card but the staff was very understanding and patient. Also the cocktails are so so yummy! Will definitely be coming back.

First time we had ever eaten here. We came on a Saturday evening without reservation and they seated us straight away. The service was excellent and the food exceeded our expectations! We had the tomato bruschetta, mushroom crostini and the pollo cacciatore. Réservez une table maintenant

I had a lovely time when going into Bella Italia Cribbs today, The staff were helpful and welcoming as well as it being a good environment. Food was exactly as described and was very enjoyable through all 3 courses. Will definitely be returning!

With such a limited choice of eateries at Cribbs Causeway it was good to see a Bella Italia which seems to be a rarity nowadays. We thought the food quality and value was much better than the other suspects sited nearby. Very very enjoyable.

Haven't been here for a long time and very glad we came! Staff Fallon and Ida were both really welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Food was lovely definitely coming back soon

Slava was great, on the ball and friendly. Nice that she didn't assume my husband was paying (like most places do) and put the card machine in the middle! Lovely food and speedy service! Réservez une table maintenant

popped in for a quick bite before cinema on Saturday lunch. food was great and reasonably priced. staff we very profession and polite. the place was noisy but enjoyable.
