Bella Vista Hotel

Went there for lunch with friends, and the décor and ambience is good, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Ordered Duck Fettucine and Crab Linguine. Both meals were truly awful. Hard to mess up pasta, but this pasta was tasteless. The crab linguine had an oily, buttery sauce that overpowered what little crab was in the dish. The duck tasted like it was from a can, and was overly salty. Could not see or taste the pecorino or the truffle. We ate only a few mouthfuls, what a waste of time and effort from the cooks, and for us.

I can't recommend this place. It is busy on a weekend, but I expect that. It tries to hard to be a sophisticated, trendy hotel. And maybe thats where the focus is. In my opinion it's not on the food. When there are other pubs in the area serving great quality food, this should compete. The Chicken Caesar salads we had were mostly leaves. It was almost spot the bird

The venue is lovely and the staff are very friendly and efficient. Great place for after work cocktails or dinner with friends. A little loud though but that's expected. The white sangria was delicious!!!

After work or a quick trip out from the house. A lovely atmosphere, well priced, food looked great though we were more interested in the wine list :)

Food was good but very expensive for what you get. Other than that atmosphere is good, staff are great, drink selected is good
