Wanted a quick bite and wasn’t expecting this meal to be as big and as satisfying as it was. I ordered a shrimp quesadilla and fries, quesadilla was fresh, fries were tasty.I removed a star because when I looked at my receipt after leaving, I saw that they charged 25 cent for a brown paper bag, never asked IF I wanted to pay the quarter and also I felt like I was overcharged for the bag, whatever happened to the 5 cent charge that we were made aware of. I called and questioned the price and the female who answered said that they could charge 5 cent and up and that was completely legal, I questioned it some more but didn’t have the research at my fingertips. Thus is not the place to go for fresh food especially wings. I purchase some for my niece and they made her so sick. She had food poisoning because the wings were spoiled. They also charge you for everything, service fee, bag fees, card fees, and other fees. I watched a woman argue with the manager because her pick up order had a different price charged to her card than what the receipt said at the time of her picking up her food. Also there is a huge language barrier, they do not speak English well or understand you and no they aren't spanish. I decided never to buy from them again.
Today's pizza was terrible. It was undercooked and the sauce tasted awful. It was inedible and ended up in the trash. The person who answered the phone couldn't understand us, but the pizza was the worst we've ever had. We are disappointed because we have always received great food when ordering from this restaurant until today. We usually don't return food, but we won't be going back there anymore.
If I could give zero stars I would. I just ordered pizza for my team. This is the worst pizza I’ve tasted. On top of charging a bag fee for pizza???? They charged me for garlic sauce that I don’t even use for my pizza. A service fee and a delivery fee. Never will order here again. Big facts!!

Ordered food today and order was repeated but when it came nothing was right but she wanted to give a discount for the next order they are horrible with taking directions and do what they want I'm disappointed.. rose
This restaurant used to be good, but it is now terrible. The food was nasty and when I tried to speak to the manager, I was told he was too busy. I suspect they will just mess up more food. Please avoid this place.
The pizza is delicious, but the salads are mediocre. The price of $7 for this quality is unreasonable. The vegetables are barely chopped and the egg appears to be very old.
Cold cut sub warm meat warm mayo. Roll soggy. Called mgr said would credit. Called 4 times never called back. Next call is to BBB! Horrible way to do business! Very mad

Always used to order their fried fish(3 piece). The last 2 times I’ve ordered from them, they only send 2 pieces cut in half. 2 pieces with fries for $13 is a cheat.
