Wait staff is immature and did not know how to ring me out. Answering the phone sounding like they’re from a 1980’s beachy movie with the snooty valley girl voice doesn’t help much. Be more professional My pizza was not cooked in the middle. I order here often, but this has happened quite a lot recently when ordering half sheet pizzas. The regular rounds usually come out okay, but even those are too doughy at times. Meatball bread bowls are amazing though!! Sauce and toppings are good too- just— the dough for the pizzas. What is going on there?!? Other Belleria’s don’t have this issue but reoccurring with the Struthers location. Atmosphere is average for the area.
I always order pizza from here. It’s usually my first choice but today we ordered the same pizza that we always get and there was literally no sauce on the pizza. The crust was burnt completely and I called to try to bring the pizza back but they were already closed so she told me that I had to bring the pizza back the next day for them to remake it, which I think is ridiculous, because we went out of our way to already come all the way out to Struthers to come to the specific restaurant to order the pizza she argued with me the whole time on the phone and was very rude. I will never order pizza from here again.
This is the best pizza go in regularly and always consistent. I get spinich pizza with just a little cheese. Always done to perfection. I would even rate it better than Avalon. It is only the Belleria in Struthers I speak for. Always enough help that hustle around taking care of customers. Always polite. Mostly young college age employees. I like going in to order and sit at bar for a drink to wait. A great experience and great atmosphere. Always so busy with many orders for take out going out the door. That speaks for itself
I order a pepperoni pizza , I regularly was going to order a 12 inch , but they convince me they had a special on there half sheet , so I said yes w/ pepperoni and cheese I got a half and half pizza . So I call the restaurant and they told me there was nothing they could do . I work in the restaurant business for almost 20 years . It’s not right to fix an issue with someone order especially if it’s their fault . I will not be returning and this was my first time at this location because I move into the area .
