I was very disappointed that the server had no idea which foods contain gluten, and, even worse, neither did the cooks. The menu, however, had indications for various allergens. There was one that said "cereals containing gluten". I used that to the best of my ability to choose a meal. I ordered the minestrone soup and a plain pork cutlet. There was no breading and no sauce on the pork. Despite being so careful, I definitely had a bad gluten reaction. I really couldn't say what caused it, but my guess is the minestrone. we have eaten here more often and it tastes very delicious. the pizza has this typical stone oven taste and is absolutely recommended.
