We went for a family meal, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We ordered several starters which all came and were very nice. The mains arrived(ish) they dropped one of the meals so that came later these things happen. The special Swordfish ..was as dry as a bone, this was returned and the chef re.cooked the dish and sent a new meal out which was cooked to perfection and lovely, which begs the question Why was the original dish even served The Calzone was not very pleasant it was over powered with ricotta cheese to the degree that the other fillings were unnoticeable, however we didn't complain as they were obviously having a difficult evening! This was one of our many visits to this...
in the evening before my high season, my two bridesmaids and I enjoyed an evening meal at bellinis. the restaurant is immaculate with an elegant interieur and the staff was friendly and welcoming. we ordered a starter who arrived immediately and each court was delicious. we had a good length of break before our main courses came, which allowed us to relax. we ordered pizzas and a carbonara. the pizzas were authentic with fabulous fresh ingredients used and the carbonara was a very good part and tasted amazing. we had no desserts and instead enjoyed more drinks before we left and we felt no hurry to clean our table. we will definitely come back to try more of the food offered! excellent servi...
We visited the restaurant as two couples. When we arrived the restaurant was buzzing. We had a lovely warm welcome and were shown to our table. We ordered a couple of bottles of wine however we found the Pinot Grigio to be a little oaky....We had a garlic pizza bread with cheese and tomato, prawn cocktail, garlic mushrooms and stuffed peppers which were all delicious. For our mains we had swordfish, calzone pizza, spinach and ricotta pasta and lobster ravioli, all of which were amazing. The portion sizes were just right and not over facing. We were also treat to a limoncello at the end of the evening. It’s our first visit for a while but it definitely won’t be the last!
We stopped in for an impromptu meal. A lovely open, airy restaurant with a buzzy vibe. Very tasty food and a good selection to choose from. The cocktails were a bit pricey for what they were but again a wide selection. Service was very good...although they did look short staffed and a bit frantic. Altogether a nice evening and we’ll definitely be back.
My wife and i arrived early for our meal and were promptly seated after having our temperatures checked with the camera thing PASSED! no surprise there. the menu was plentiful and varied so found spoilt for choice. The food lived up to our expectations and...we will return again when we are in the area again.
I recently dined at Casual Call in Brighouse and was thoroughly impressed. The menu was extensive, with daily specials listed on a board. The drink options were plentiful and the table service was fantastic. I was pleasantly surprised by the bill and will definitely be returning in the future.
