Bellue's Fine Cajun Cuisine

Don’t let the neighborhood or the exterior of this place fool you!! This was the gem of our trip down through Baton Rouge. Bellue the owner/cook was very personable and just a delight to talk to, as well Mrs Rachel. Food was very good. My wife says 12 out of 10 shrimp etoufee, I had the fried boudin. He even brought us some samples of gumbo,greens.butter beans .YOU MUST TRY THIS PLACE!!!

Freaking delicious?? it has the crunchyness from Popeyes, juicy like churches chicken, and thick like raisin canes chicken. Absolutely perfect, chefs kiss? ?
