Honestly, I don 't know what happened to the city of Paraty, end of year parties and the city looking abandoned. Horrible experience, as soon as we arrived there was a girl getting up and leaving the restaurant saying it was terrible but I didn 't think it was relevant since it was quite full... My husband called one of the waiters who didn 't even respond to us, just gave a wait sign with his hand and never came back, constantly huffing and puffing along the aisles between the tables. We placed our order with another waitress who was nicer. 10 minutes after we placed our order we started to notice that no one in the restaurant was eating, the restaurant was full and everyone had been waiting for their orders for over an hour. He began to get up from the table one by one and leave, canceling his orders...

Pleasant atmosphere, but with a heavy atmosphere due to disorganized service! Great music. It takes more than 1 hour to deliver the dishes with different times between members of the same table. Horrible experience, horrible food. 8 orders were placed, after 30 minutes they served 2 and after 1 hour they served the others. Worst place I've ever been to eat with my family. Only one attendant to deal with it, so much pressure that she cried in front of customers. A place like this should be closed. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
