Bembelsche - Réservation de table

Just what I was looking for on a cold, snowy night in Darmstadt. The steak came with salad (some lettuce spinach leaves) and fries (quite good). The meat portions are huge. The filet is almost twice the size of what you get in the...U.S. and just as tender. Other meat portions that I saw were downright huge. One patron quipped wow, I just wanted a steak, not the whole animal . I was with many business colleagues and everyone agreed that the meat quality was superb. The usual local beer menu was available. The restaurant is quite small and could fill up fast. Not sure if they take reservations. Be aware they do NOT take credit cards! I would definitely go back.

Visited with a group of colleagues during a conference. Restaurant was walking distance from our hotel and had local dishes so we chose it. Food was good and plentiful, service likewise ok. Table was bit too small for our group of six. Wind was surprisingly...good and likewise a very good steak. Starters were ok, local tastes but not specifically good. We had good time, although some extra space would have helped.

they were there and ordered the tapas-style, and frankfurt bark in horse sauce. eating is amazing along with the apple wine. I asked for Wi-Fi what the server said they did not, service in general was a little slow but overall good

We found this restaurant/ beer house close to our hotel and went in for a drink. My husband enjoyed the schmucker beer. We went back the next night and had a delicious meal. If you stay at Hotel aAtlanta eat here Réservez une table maintenant

everything I tried on the menu was very good and the service excellent at a reasonable price. the only warning is that they have to pay in cash. enjoy

if you like German eating and beer, you should give him a chance. very friendly people and very good beer. the pancakes as dessert....wow

Having tried out most restaurants in Darmstadt this is definitely the best spot for hearty German food... If you manage to get a table : Réservez une table maintenant
