The service at this restaurant is very disappointing. I attempted to call ten times to place an order, and when I finally managed to get through, the person on the line said she was having trouble hearing me and asked me to call back before hanging up. We tried to call back several times right after, but no one answered. After many attempts, we finally reached someone again. We stated that we wanted to place an order, but she put us on hold and then completely forgot about us.
I recently dined at a B&F restaurant in Terrebonne for the first time, and it was a fantastic experience. My breakfast was not only delicious but bursting with flavor. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the prices were very affordable. Even though I primarily speak English, the waitstaff was accommodating and made me feel at ease despite the language barrier. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in Terrebonne. Cheers!
