Ben Florentine - Réservation de table

We often come to Ben and Flo in Donnacona, never disappointed, but today was worse than worse... The service was super long in the kitchen, the food was good and nothing was missing from our order, our waitress and came to see us regularly, it was perfect,THE big thing that I didn't like my experience was the air conditioning, I understand that it's hot in the kitchen, but I was freezing and so was our whole group. 5 minutes after the plates arrived, everything was cold, the air was so strong.I asked the waitress who unfortunately told us that she had no control over it...It makes the experience less fun...Maybe take that into consideration.

Je suis venu avec mes enfants tôt le matin, il y avait un problème d'eau ou il devait faire bouillir leur eau donc je peux comprendre le délai mais la serveuse après 45 minutes elle était pas venu nous voir. Elle est passer à coter et nous a dit ça seras pas bien long votre commande va s'en venir, on lui a dit qu'on avait pas encore commander donc elle a prit notre commande. 30 minutes après toujours pas de commande. Je trouve ça quand même ridicule autant de temps pour commander.

This location is conveniently situated right off the highway.We stopped for a quick bite on the way back to Montreal. It was busy but we were seated quickly.Service was also quick giving us the chance to get back on the road without loosing too much time.I had the oatmeal which was a huge portion. It was tasty and well made; not too thick, not too runny!Great coffee!

Really not bad, especially given the limited choice of restaurant for lunch in this area. On the other hand, on the weekend, arrive early (8am) because otherwise you will have to queue. Not the restaurateur's fault but still a negative point that affects the customer experience. Réservez une table maintenant

The best breakfast we've ever had! It was absolutely delicious and perfect in every way. The atmosphere, the people, and the service were all fantastic. The dishes included everything—fruit, eggs, potatoes—making it a complete meal. Thank you!

Très bon repas, mais l’heure du take-out n’est pas respectée. Ce devait être prêt à 12h24 et nous avons reçu notre commande à 12h39. Il n’y avait que 10 personnes dans la salle à manger.

I had an exceptional brunch this morning at Donnaconna with friends. The service was impeccable and the food was delicious! We were absolutely thrilled with this wonderful morning!
