Ben Irv's - Réservation de table

The sandwiches used to be decent. They were large and very meaty. The food quality has decreased significantly in terms of everything on the menu. I just bought a sandwich there. It is more expensive than it used to be by several dollars. I paid 15 and some change for it. I called them and they told me that now they weigh the meat and it’s 6 ounces of meat. So they decreased the amount of meat and increased the price. I paid 15 dollars. When I called them, they offered me a 5 dollars credit. Don’t go to this place. Avoid it. The owners got rich so now they think they can cut corners.

A family visited this restaurant after a funeral. The space was a bit cramped for our large group, but we managed to make it work. The service was excellent and we all received our meals quickly and at around the same time. The food was well prepared and tasty, with very little to complain about other than the limited space. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant for larger parties, but it would be suitable for smaller groups or a romantic date. P.S. The cheesecake was delicious!

Homemade!! The food was beyond belief. Table of 4. I had scallops, French fries broccoli. The others had mashed (homemade red bliss), chopped sirloin and onions, sweet and sour meatballs and stuffed flounder/ liver paté salad. We ALL had the pea soup/croutons. Again, Homemade. Service was impeccable (Joann). No wonder they were crowded.

This was our first visit to this restaurant and we will definitely return. The menu offers a wide variety of options for all preferences. We visited for lunch, but we look forward to coming back to try their breakfast offerings. Our server was extremely friendly and assisted us in navigating the extensive menu to make our selections. Came in from out of town and was taken out to this deli. The food was absolutely delicious and well portioned! The staff was friendly, but our waitress seemed annoyed with helping my table. I decided to move past that and give a full 5 star rating because it was well deserved.

Good food. The place has potential. But they are anxious to get you out of there and the wait staff kind of gruff. If I wanted to just stuff my face I'd stay home. May still go back but prefer somewhere else.

Always gr8 deli! Excellent food quality, very professional staff. Still delish...delightful... all these years. (Place could be updated, fresh paint/carpet..but food perfect).

We thoroughly enjoyed everything we ordered from Ben Irv. The pastrami was especially outstanding, and it is hands down the best in the area!
