The cashier had attitude from the moment we walked in, clearly upset that we entered after 9 (why not say you?re closed rather than serve us? . My wife ordered 2 small cups and was given one small cup with 2 flavors. Honestly, no problem! We asked for another cup instead so that we could split it for our guests. She gave it to us and right after said ?you?re not allowed to do this,? with a rude tone and an even ruder face. We told her she heard us wrong and gave us the wrong order. I picked up a large birthday cake yesterday for a member of my family. The birthday cake has the wrong flavor inside. They screwed up the entire cake. We were unable to identify the error until we cut the cake and saw the inside of it after our kidblew out the candles today. This is absolutely ridiculous. The flavor they put in (some kind of caramel color flavor) hasabsolutely nothing to do with the flavor we ordered (some kind of blue color flavor). This is not even close. The flavor they added, some sort of caramel taste, had nothing to do with the flavor we ordered, which was a blue flavor. They’re not even close. Great location, parking is limited. Store has a great variety of flavors including vegan ice cream. Is Ben Jerry?s ice cream so overall I would find it hard to complaint. I have been there several times and the staff is also friendly. Downside is the limited space and mostly applies to the winter months. Good flavors, good ice creams. Recommend

Great spot to grab and creamy ice cream and enjoy the skyline! They have a great choice and Ben Jerry?s flavors and the portions are rather large too! Store is really cute, but indoor seating is more for 1-2 people, so enjoy it outside if you are in a group. Staff is really helpful and welcoming as you will see from other reviews here.
I absolutely adore this place! It has been my go-to scoop shop for the last six years, and they’re open all year long. The vibe is fantastic, and the prices are reasonable. The staff is always prompt in serving you. They also have a variety of ice cream cakes! It’s the perfect stop before a stroll along the promenade.
Ben & Jerry's offers a great menu with a wide variety of flavors, though it felt a bit overloaded with chocolate options. While there is no indoor seating, there are a few outdoor spots available. The excellent location makes it perfect to enjoy your ice cream and then take a stroll along the riverbank!

The staff at Ben & Jerry's are amazing, dishing out scrumptious ice cream. Kai, the scooper, was incredibly helpful and offered outstanding customer service. I will definitely be back!
