Ben Jerry 's in Hoboken is the best! Always friendly people waiting on you and fresh Ice Cream. Prior to the pandemic, I also used the Ben Jerry 's Ice Cream Truck to go and deliver Ice Cream, Root Beer Floats, and Sundaes to some of my best clients as a way to say, 'Thank you for your business! ' What a big hit it was, and great way to stay in touch with your clients over the summer. And, what is better on a hot summer day than Ben Jerry 's Ice Cream personally delivered to your door! I look forward to the day we can all do this again. Stay safe.

I really like this ban and Jerry's ice cream place. There is a lot of verity and the ice cream is always fresh. There making their own ice cream cone. There is also a frozen yogurt options. The place is small, but it's ok if you only eating your ice cream and go. And also cheap compared to other Ice cream places. We always take one for 2 because it's really big. The big bucket cost 45$ !

Not worth it. Big fan of her ice cream, but not so much of her storefront. Although the crew was nice and friendly, the price I paid for versus does not make sense, even for Hoboken. Paid over $7 for what was believed to be a Sundae. I don't understand, whip cream, but 1/4 of the cup was empty. .

Visited there numerous times and I personally did not find any issues with service or ice cream. This store is pretty good at managing it's crowd and moving people along at decent pace. The customer service was also friendly but then again, I only go there during not busy times

Alyssa is the best!! So kind! So helpful! And gave us the best service. And she was so fast about it without us feeling rushed at all!!
