Honestly, probably the weirdest review I’ve ever had to write. I went here tonight with my toddler, husband and our friends and their 2 toddlers. We were excited for a fun evening of grabbing ice cream. My husband went to the bathroom before we ordered and locked the doorknob lock. A worker in a pink shirt came from the kitchen and walked in on him using the bathroom. They ending up remarking rather loudly why wouldn’t you lock the door and caused a bit of a scene. My husband was embarrassed and didn’t realize the lock was broken. Afterwards he saw a lock of the top of the door as I guess the doorknob lock was broken. I feel like everyone has walked in on someone accidentally or been walked in on and it’s an awkward situation for everyone. It was very weird and uncomfortable to me that a worker, and perhaps even manager, would act so rude and cause a scene. We shrugged it off ordered our ice cream and sat down. The person that served our ice cream was extremely friendly and kind. We stayed about 15 minutes and on the way out the same worker in the pink shirt started walking to the bathroom while my husband did. He let them go first. They proceeded to glare at him, make a big deal of knocking on the door and calling out if someone were in there.Overall such a weird and uncomfortable experience and we won’t be back.

As silly as this might sound with bigger world problems.., but if you are a owner of a company and you can't even replace a doorknob to a bathroom with a working lock..,that is sad; also if you cant replace a freezer that has been broken for three plus years which first started out with a broken led light.. that's also sad.For someone that I don't even know and claims to be a veteran owned business..,I would hope their job performance would be better than the two things that the owner refuses to fix for three years. It's very tacky/trashy to walk into a nice place and the owner can't/won't even replace a freezer which makes the lines longer, slower service because the ice cream is in a different section etc.Pretty sad. There is NO excuse. The employess have always been great.. but the laziness and being cheap is all I see with the owner when you can't even replace a proper bathroom lock and freezer.. sad..?‍

Extremely over priced, just go to Publix next door and get something for a reasonable price. For the serving size you receive.Additionally; They have a political statement and gender statement flags on the walls as well. Not a family place. If I have to explain what a gender flag is to my 6 year old while simply getting ice cream that’s not a family place. It’s not your home it’s a place of business.
