The staff here is extremely unprofessional and rude. We were a group of 7 including children. At one point while we were ordering, the person got extremely annoyed. My nephew wanted sorbet but the person who was serving us said the sorbet cannot be put on a cone. Okay, no problem we asked my nephew what else he would prefer, he said he would like chocolate chip. The server was extremely annoyed, impatient and rudely responded back as we were trying to clarify with a 4 year old which ice cream he wanted. Had read such good reviews about this place but I'm deeply disappointed. I had ordered for crepe with Nutella and mocha ice cream for take away and I had explicitly requested to pack the ice cream separately but this is what I got. They added the ice cream scoop on top of the crepe and by the time I opened it (after 10 mins) the ice cream had completely melted and spilled everywhere. For a take away, how do you expect your customer to microwave the crepe before eating when you added the ice cream on top. Worst experience ever! Moreover, the people running the place didn't even seem pleasant at the time of placing the order. Won't ever go back!
