Benefit Brow At Ulta

I have used 1 particular brand of foundation for decades and it was discontinued several years ago. So I have been brand hopping far too long. Today I went into the Epps Bridge Ulta with my current makeup and asked for assistance. The Ulta team member pointed me to the in-store event with Hourglass. Honestly, I 've never heard of the brand before but I 've found my new go-to. All thanks to the Hourglass Make-up Artist Julie! She gave me a simple make-over on the spot and explained every thing she was doing. So far, hands down the best foundation and concealer I 've worn. Thanks Julie!

I’ve always loved shopping here, and the associates are wonderful but I just had my eyebrows laminated and have to rave about Kayla! This was my first lamination and I absolutely could not be happier. She is so sweet and bubbly but also very professional and meticulous about her work. I love that when I sat down she started by asking what I was looking for, and to make sure I understood what I was having done before she did anything. This was so worth the price and I can not recommend her more.

The sales people could have cared less if they waited on you or help locate an item. .kept saying someone else can help you and walked away. The checkout person was rude. I will not t go to the store again. Maybe the one in Bethlehem is more customer friendly. on you.

Bria (Briya) is AMAZING at recommending and matching colors. And helped us with so many other products too. She really listened and she helped us soooo much! It was such a great experience. Thank you so much!

The store has great products. But service is not good. I was handed to four different people when trying to get two products...none had the time to wait on me... Is it because of the age ???
