Bengal Spice - Réserver une table

The time i have ordered from here. time was delivery, the food was piping hot and amazing. So when i craved an Indian again i didnt hesitate to go back. However, i ordered through foodhub and was picking the food up once ready....Apparently, Bengal is still preparing my food hours later! I kept checking the app to see when i could pick the food up but the app didnt leave the preparation part. After an hour and minutes we contacted Bengal to inquire about our order to be told its been ready and waiting half an hour after we ordered. Once we picked the food up it was cold and there was no apology over the app not working as it should. Obvioulsy the food was cold and so not great. The app is clearly not the best and i imagine the food would have been spot on had it been warm but without a simple apology and maybe a kind word stating not to rely on the foodhub app i am giving Bengal a negative review today. Shame really as my first order from here was so so tasty.

Took our order online including payment, after over an hours wait we rang to find out where our order was only to be told that they couldn’t be bothered to cook anything because it’s EID and they would give us a refund instead. Not sure...how we would have found this out if we hadn’t of chased them. Absolutely shocking customer service will never use them again!!

Food turned up cold contacted the restaurant they said the food had been delivered for half an hour even tho my phone log showed different as the delivery driver didn’t have a clue where he was going that’s what happens when you hire people...for Eston and boro )had to heat the food up absolutely disgusting waste of stay clear customer service disgusting

Been ordering from Bengal Spice for years and never been disappointed. Someone said try elsewhere for a change. We did and it will never happen again. Bengal Spice you never let us down. Keep up the great work guys and the lovely polite female...delivery driver
