Benihana - Réserver une table

We've been here a long time, and today was our last time. Everything about this place is downhill for a while. Today, a few unlustering tricks, but really didn't seem to want to be there. He cooked the food, but made many things wrong. I felt bad for a little girl at our table who was excited to see the show. Her mother was ready to film the cook. And he basically did nothing. The parties of two at our station have all agreed to them, was a very bad experience. And it's not a cheap meal. We paid for an experience and a good meal, and received no experience and a lack of pleasure meal. When we brought the manager to the table, he gave the mood to really not care. And the place itself is grungy and requires at least a good cleaning; full reconstruction should be taken into account. Anyway, we had a good run there and it's over today.

I was here tonight with my husband. I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes. When the waiter finale came to the table. The grill was not hot enough to cook. The bathrooms were a mess and toilet paper ran out. This place is really terrible and should be closed. The manager was not prepared and excused why the service was terrible. I never come back here again and I don't think you should ever come here.

This was my 1st visit but definitely not my last. The ambiance was very nice, staff was so pleasant and the food was fresh and tasted good. You do need a reservation which we had. It's family friendly but also cozy enough for date night. I really enjoyed the experience.

The place is really beautiful!! The food is good, but wait for the cook to come and prepare your stuff is NOT good! We were 11 in our table, but still they took their time to come to us.

The food was delicious, the waitress Jenny is the best. She is very attentive to your needs and very polite. Thank you, Jenny.
