I am super disappointed and angry at the dishonest server who took advantage of me using multiple gift cards!I stopped by to celebrate my anniversary last night and used the gift cards I purchased during Xmas last year , the restaurant gave the bonus gift cards only in 10 dollars per card , so I gave her total of 6 bonus cards and one non-expired gift card, I didn’t remember my balance so I told her to check and put the left over amount on my credit card.I totally trusted her and didn’t check cuz we had two kids to attend to. I have been going to Benihana for over 20 years! Other Hibitchi establishment just di not compare! Service, hospitality are high on the list of things that keeps me coming back. My Grandson was just turning 18 and lives in Vermont. They have a place called KOTO Hibitchi....it doesn't compare! This was his first time at Benihana. I think he's hooked in a good way! Thank you
I went to Manhasset Benihana and I had the greatest time of my life. The people around me were friendly and that’s a great way to meet new people. The Chef was fantastic, gave us a great and funny performance. The food fresh and it was absolutely delicious The portions were huge. The place was really clean. I definitely recommend it.
What an amazing place I tell you, the food was amazing so tasty, fresh, I enjoyed every minute of it. Chef Heris was incredible, he was very kind to us, entertained us and made us laugh, that’s what I needed, not to go to a place of discomfort but content.

Ordered vegetable hibachi that had no vegetables at all, also ordered shrimp hibachi rice that had 1 shrimp only cut into tiny pieces.i kept searching for shrimp. Highly disappointed
