We have been long time fans of Beni and this has to be our worst experience and it sucks that it has come to this. In summary… -Reception and getting seated was great -Took about 10 minutes to get our drinks ordered -Cook arrived timely with a name tag that said Martin but he said his name was Brandon -Brandon proceeded to get the show started and put the chicken on the grill for the fried rice but there was no sizzle. The grill was not on -Brandon left the chicken sitting on the grill while it heated up, I recommended he get a new piece of chicken and start over after grill heated up to get the sear on it. My initial visit to the restaurant was disappointing. The prices were unclear until I received the bill, and the food quality and taste didn't meet expectations. I was charged extra for noodles and fried rice, which are typically included at most hibachi establishments, but here, only white rice was included. Overall, it wasn't worth it, and I've had better hibachi dining experiences elsewhere. Benihana's, in comparison, was overpriced.
This restaurant is way too expensive! The food was just okay, and some parts were overcooked. Our waiter disappeared and never returned with the bill. Overall, it was mediocre.
We were very disappointed at the price increase. We were not expecting to pay close to $350 for a 5 person dinner to celebrate my 13 year old's birthday. With no alcohol.

The food at this restaurant is excellent and very enjoyable! It may be a bit costly, but it is definitely worth it for the overall experience.
The food was delicious and the service was excellent. It was much better than my visit in December, when the food was overcooked.
